Ecu upgrades
The APR ECU Upgrades use expertly recalibrated engine control strategies that remaps the boost pressure, timing and air fuel ratios to provide smooth and reliable power as if intended by the OEM.
APR's ECU Upgrade is developed to work within the OEM and Tier 1 Supplier specifications for engine component stress tolerances and performance specifications.
APR's ECU Upgrades are available in octane specific versions to allow you to take full advantage of the fuel quality available in your area.
APR's patented EMCS functionality puts the control of the engine's operation at your finger tips and allows for additional features and options to be installed to your OEM ECU.
All APR software is designed to operate within the turbochargers' best possible efficiency range whilst producing huge increase in low end torque, improved throttle response and a much smoother, more powerful top end.
Unlike other "chip tuning companies", we do not max out the boost pressure sensor in order to boost spike and give high initial torque readings. Although this maybe good for marketing purposes, it not only creates surge during acceleration at low RPM, but also reduces the life expectancy of the turbocharger considerably, and reduces the daily use and pleasure of your driving experience.
Exhaust systems
All APR exhausts come with a full lifetime warranty, and all are fully polished with the APR logo acid etched on each tip. Each system has an elegant badge identifying the system and the manufacture date.
This exhaust is very quiet and simply changes the tone of the exhaust to a deep, unobtrusive sound. With TIG welding, fully stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher quality system on the market.
With APR exhaust-specific software, peak gains of 18hp and 20lb-ft can be seen. At some RPM's, these gains are as high as 22hp and 25lb-ft. APR exhaust-specific software is available for free for all APR ECU Upgrade customers.
Intake Systems
APR is proud to be the Authorized Distributor for Carbonio Cold Air Intake (CAI) systems. Manufactured from aerospace grade carbon fiber, Carbonio further improves this material by incorporating a proprietary thermal barrier layer in its construction. The result is an exceptionally light and strong part that minimizes intake temperatures. This ensures that the engine optimizes power by receiving the coldest and most oxygen rich air possible.
Carbonio's line of intakes for VW automobiles represent the pinnacle of induction design. Extensive testing has resulted in an intake that maximizes performance in all driving conditions. Power will come on sooner and the engine will pull longer and stronger.

Anti roll bar upgrades
After much testing of APR Motorsport's MKV GTI Koni Challenge Race Cars, the suspension was finally dialed in with the addition of the Roll Control Anti-sway Bars. Three adjustment settings allowed APR Motorsport to specifically cater the reduced body roll and increased slip angle provided the by the Roll Control Anti-sway Bars to each racing environment. Weight Reduction over the original equipment bars and increased stiffness of the chassis allowed for faster lap times through quicker corner exit speeds and reduced understeer. - Manufactured of 27mm Tubular Steel for Strength and Reduced Weight.

Intercoolers
APR is pleased to present our front mounted intercooler for the A4, TT, Passat, Golf, GTI and Jetta 1.8T. The construction and advanced design techniques used in the APR intercooler sets ours apart from all the others on the market. Utilizing such technologies as a top-bottom feed core, custom mandrel bent plumbing, and innovative cast endtanks with internal vaning, our intercooler has produced excellent results in testing.

Larger turbos and kits
These kits is capable of upgrades to 340 horsepower and 320 foot-pounds of torque at the flywheel on 98 octane gas, from the 1.8t engines while retaining stock-like drivability. The highlights of the kit include the following:

Uprated divertor valves
The APR R1 diverter valve was designed to be the ultimate solution to the problem of unreliable factory and aftermarket diverter valves and to be the leader in performance. Although most are of good design, factory diverter valves are built in a very conscious manner and the materials and overall life and reliability suffer. For the performance enthusiast, the diverter valve is an important component whose proper operation is paramount to optimal engine operation.
Uprated fuel pumps
The limitation of how much volume of fuel the pump can flow is dependent upon the volume displaced by the pressurizing cylinder inside the pump and the number of times the pumpnreciprocates inside that cylinder.
Clearly, the stock pump is insufficient for the output generated by this upgraded kit. The only way to address this issue while maintaining a pump that fits in the stock location is to change the volume of the pump's internal pressurization chamber.

DXD Racing Clutches
APR is pleased to present DXD Racing clutches for your Porsche, Audi or VW. DXD Racing clutches are a new product line developed by DXD and tested by APR across many different friction products, pressure plate loads and flywheel designs with one goal in mind, to create clutch systems not only with perfect balance and symmetry but also to perfectly complement APR’s engine modification program without compromise in reliability, drivability or enjoyment.
The success of our combined efforts has produced a performance clutch product line of the highest quality and performance available for Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, DXD Racing clutches.
Each clutch system is specially matched to specific driving styles, uses and power levels to insure the needs of each client are accomplished. Often times, a compromise between drivability and pedal feel must be made to achieve power handling. If you are drag racing you will have different requirements for clutch operation than someone who wishes to participate in daily spirited driving or endurance racing. One clutch certainly does not fit all and APR has done the homework for you to recommend a clutch system that meets your specific goals.
Each DXD Racing clutch is offered in either a Daily, Endurance or Drag configuration to accomplish the power handling of each of APR’s engine performance Stages specifically to the uses of the driver.
